Activities for Physical Exercise
Anything can be considered physical activity as long as it is performed for thirty minutes and a person's heart rate increases. One who is not used to physical should start slow and talk to a doctor about exercise.

ReplyDeleteI really like how when suggesting physical activities you break them down between mild, moderate, and high intensity. Also the activity pyramid is great! I did find it a little confusing to be clicking all the archives to find all the info. Maybe you could add another post with all the information in one place. Otherwise great info!

ReplyDeleteI visual appearance of your blog - it is really appealing for the reader and will make them want to read it. I also love the activity pyramid - I have never seen such a thing before. The only problem is that it's difficult to read. I would also suggestion maybe directly incorporating the videos into the page so that the reader doesn't actually have to leave your website. That's a small thing though :) Good job!
